Please Explain

Can the Quon Master please explain why Mitchell Flynn is allowed to remain in the Quon when he fails every pre requisit as a rookie?
He rides for Suzuki, in non-Quon kit, and promotes the fact that he is better than a Quon person. He talks trash to other Quon members and has done little to better the meaning of the Quon.
He can ride like the wind, as he has demonstrated - no question - and I have no beef with him in this regards.
Vinnie withdrew his Quon member status when he joined Suzuki on his own accord. Mongo was abused and ridiculed when he was offered sponsorship which meant he hand to ride in another kit. Josh is abused and ridiculed when he wears Quon kit as he is a pathetic racer.
Can someone help me out with what is the correct protocol? Do I love him or hate him?
