True, if the penis is in its flacid state, it is soft and weak and unable to penetrate the vulva, and therefore cannot enter the vagina. The QUON, hovever, has proven to be a very fertile bunch. Therefore the deletion of posts and commens may be from non QUON members like Smitty, Bigdog or Radnell. Please stop this behaviour guys; I don't like it.
