CrossFit is the HOT way to instant fitness.  It enhances physical competence across ten varied domains, working out all aspects of fitness, not just strength.  It is an amazing catalyst for setting and achieving new fitness goals.  In this modern, busy and fully engaged world, a 15min CrossFit workout can offer you more return than any other training investment.

The only problem with it is that Crit races go for longer than 15mins.

From Hero to Zero

Team QUON's newest QUON Rookie assulted the team with his dazzling display of foot movement and gansta style moves during his initiation. His domination of the Canberra Crits is a force to be reckoned with. There is even some talk within the elders that they are grooming him for potential QUON Master status in the future.

All of that was thrown out the window today with an official sighting of the once Greatest QUON Rookie Ever engaging in B grade criterium discussions and deal making with none other than Ollo.

It was not even the day of love. Dead to us.
