Fine still stands.
Some would argue that as I now live in Geelong and have been for 18 months, am not on the dribble, and don't ride a bike, that being fined for not racing would be ridiculous. However Mongo, if you're willing to come down to Geelong and collect my fine before SO1 personally, you are welcome to it. If you decide it is too far to come you might then realise why I didn't race all season.

May i suggest you ask QMe for a exemption? or maybe the guy that said you would race this year can pay your fines......
