A true leader must have a number of qualities
1) A large supply of cleansing ale.
2)The ability to deal with blubbering idiots
3)Understand that 27 or 30 gears are for pussies.
4)Riding on bitumen is only for training
5)Racing only truly takes place on the dirt

3. He has never inspired the Quon, led the Quon, or motivated the Quon to battle.
Marty can't save the Quon because;
1. He couldn't be fucked!
Preston can't save the Quon because;
1. He doen't believe in recruitment, the youth policy or expanding the footprint of the Quon.
2. Whilst he is one of the worlds greatest motivators, he has lost touch with 'today' and his ideas are soo old school.
3. He now works 23hrs a day, and can't give us shit!
Why not stand behind our current leader and give him the support that he has earnt!

None of the Old Bulls are living up to the stories we keep hearing about. Too busy with kids and career perhaps; or maybe the weren't as good as the stories they are feeding us.
