In far more exciting news than anything we have seen to do with cycling over the past few weeks, a new man crush has arisen.
It was sickening the amount of man love young QUONabee Ed has shown for our man Cadel 'Cuddles' Evans over the past couple of weeks through social networking sites Facebooks and Twatter.
Ed, you will forever be known as 'Cuddles' - you homo.

I would have understood it if he'd chosen a stud like Phillipe, or that hunky Frenchman Tommy, or one of those magnificent Norwegian specimens, or even one of those sweet looking Shleck lady boys.

As I've stated in the many interviews I've given since taking the yellow jersey to Paris - I did it for Aldo.
What hasn't been public knowledge, until now, is the courage and inspiration I was able to draw on in that final, decisive ITT, in the knowledge that Team QUON was behind me all the way.
Even though it was difficult to read the tweets at times, especially when getting TT-bike-air over the speedbumps, every one of them helped me dig that little deeper.
Who could not be inspired by those images of an oiled-up Beagle giving it everything, or accounts of SWP's TT-au-naturale? (Images of the latter are not easily found, but I'm sure they would be inspirational also - maybe even exciting!).

I don't think my earlier post really spelled out the man love I have always had for you! When everyone else was in the Rogers camp shamefully rubbing there brown smelly noses in-between Micks smooth bum cheeks, I was there with a hard on, clearly pointed in your camps direction.
We should catch up, have coffee, I'll shout and reminis on old times. We can talk about the hard times, the near misses of 2007 & 2008, o the heartache I felt! That's all over, now we can rejoice together, I new we would do it, you and me.
