A Rolling Wheel Gathers no Mould


CrossFit is the HOT way to instant fitness.  It enhances physical competence across ten varied domains, working out all aspects of fitness, not just strength.  It is an amazing catalyst for setting and achieving new fitness goals.  In this modern, busy and fully engaged world, a 15min CrossFit workout can offer you more return than any other training investment.

The only problem with it is that Crit races go for longer than 15mins.
