Direction required from the QM

Dear Jason,

There are two questions which has caused much angst over the weekend that require clarification;

  1. We need to understand the true mean of the word compulsory, its use in the related context and the implications associated! If the 'Quon family triathlon' was 'compulsory Quon event', does this mean that any Quoner that failed to attend is then illegible to be a Quoner?; attend functions?; wear the club colours?
  2. When is the 'end of season drink'. Traditionally we have rode the crits, pooled our money for the end of season drink. The presentation is seperate, this is our mad monday. When is this scheduled, or should we engage an 'old bull' to organinse it all?

Dear Old Bull Preston,

I accepted apologies from everyone that could not attend the Family Tri Event. Everyone had some sort of excuse.

Re: End of Season Drink
This is to be discussed at the next Elders meeting as scheduled in the QUON Calendar that was distrubuted at the START of the year.

Happy to discuss this in a private meeting, rather than in public.

We need to sort out coin etc for the E.O Season function also.

Call me if need be,

QM

QUON QUON QUON
Please use capitals at all times. Surely an old bull would know this!

Great point spelling nazi.
Do you think people are posting under other peoples names?
That would be absurd!

Dear QM,
thank you for your response to my open letter to the Quon.
I am not an elder and do not get invited to the scheduled meetings. I would love to attend, as most of us would like a say in how we conduct Quon business, and how we use the prize money from the crits.
When and where is the meeting, and I would love to come.
