The QM is trying to push out the dead wood and get some energy into the ranks. Too much info will give some of the old bulls to much info to use against his reign. Not sure if the QM is putting a noose around his own neck. He has an agenda!

The current QM is the greatest I've ever seen. But come to think of it I've never actually seen any of the previous QM's.
