The alignment of feet and shoulders indicates to me that the person in the first picture would have a terrible problem with his slice. The front foot is also way too open, which would invite further accentuation of the slice. There also seems to be a little too much weight on the back foot at address. Pop out to the Narrabundah driving range for a lesson.
